EnPointeTM will be happy to accept your request for exchange as long as the product is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resellable condition, in exchange for any item/s from our store.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Special orders and shoes that have been scuffed, danced in, had ribbons or elastic attached, or have had the ends of the drawstring pulled through will not be accepted.
Innerwear, tights and some items (you will be intimated at the time of purchase) will not be exchanged.
